Laura truly exceeded expectations. She was proactive and conscientious from the very beginning, when we sat down for the first time to discuss the possibility of purchasing a home. I was under a tight deadline, having to move out of my current residence. And since it takes 45-60 days to close, I had a small window to find a place in my price range and with all the things I wanted, as well as move through the entire process of making an offer, doing the inspection and other steps – overall, a tall order.
Laura was confident that the right home was out there for me. She worked me every step of the way and answered the questions I had (which were many). I had purchased and sold a home in 2008, but since then regulations and paper work had increased, and the process seemed more complex. Laura had a talent for working with the listing agent to make sure I was getting the best the seller had to offer.
